Pallet Eject System

The Viking Pallet Eject System is designed to improve the handling of off-grade pallets at the end of the production line by routing rejected pallets to a dedicated stack while supporting continued production flow. The system can support operator-controlled reject and Nail-up detection, with an integration path for vision-based automatic reject. The Pallet Eject system sits in-line with Viking's current tandem lineup, requiring zero additional floorspace and is completely retrofittable with a quick field installation.
